As Marbella is situated just behind the Sierra Blanca mountains, it is enjoying a very pleasant micro-climate with an average of 320 sunny days per year. The climate in Marbella is extremely mild, with temperatures averaging around 19°C year-round. During the hottest months, July and August, temperatures rise above 30 degrees, whereas in winter time can drop to around 12 degrees.

Of course it rains too, but with 45 days of rain annually and most of it in the months November through February, beautiful weather can almost be guaranteed from spring to winter.
